The digital personal trainer is the result of my diploma thesis which I developed supported by the Braun Design Department. The device communicates with a monitoring armband, so that the user has an overview of the personal calorie requirement and consumption.
Apart from that the device enables the user to measure the body fat percentage by use of near infrared spectroscopy.
